Fresh & Local
At Broadway Brewery we strive to gather
ingredients from local sources when possible. In addition, we are growing the majority of
our seasonal produce at our three proprietary farms. The Terra Bella and Root Cellar farms,
located in Hatton and Millersburg, Missouri, contribute organic fruits and vegetables, eggs,
lamb, specialty heirloom tomatoes, and a variety of organic mixed field greens. Kenny Duzan, one of our owners has
been commercially raising quality produce at his eastern Boone County farm for ten years. During
that time Kenny has become a fixture at the Columbia Farmers Market. There, grows the
world's greatest spinach, ripe tomatoes, candy onions, and other seasonal fruits and
vegetables by the bushel load, ready to be prepared and served fresh to you.
These three farms, having a plethora of seasonal produce at their disposal, provide us
with quality ingredients. A veritable color wheel of fruits and vegetables combine into simple,
yet flavorful dishes.
