Fresh & Local
At Broadway Brewery we strive to gather
ingredients from local sources when possible. In addition, we are growing the majority of
our seasonal produce at our three proprietary farms. The Terra Bella and Root Cellar farms,
located in Hatton and Millersburg, Missouri, contribute organic fruits and vegetables, eggs,
lamb, specialty heirloom tomatoes, and a variety of organic mixed field greens. Kenny Duzan, one of our owners has
been commercially raising quality produce at his eastern Boone County farm for ten years. During
that time Kenny has become a fixture at the Columbia Farmers Market. There, grows the
world's greatest spinach, ripe tomatoes, candy onions, and other seasonal fruits and
vegetables by the bushel load, ready to be prepared and served fresh to you.
These three farms, having a plethora of seasonal produce at their disposal, provide us
with quality ingredients. A veritable color wheel of fruits and vegetables combine into simple,
yet flavorful dishes.

Peasant Platter
- assorted sausages, local cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and house made pickles. Served with stone ground mustard and toasted baguette.
Hummus and Pesto
- hummus, basil pesto, and Goatsbeard feta. Served with pita wedges.
Antipasto plate
- Roasted garlic, red pepper pesto, olive tapenade, figs, baba ganoush, with croutons and pita.
South by Southwest
- Mozzarella over potatoes and black beans, topped with scallions, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
Calabrian Bread
- Garlic ricotta sauce, red peppers, dried tomatoes, boiled egg, salami, anchovies and mozzarella.

- Arugula, toasted pine nuts and parmesan, topped with balsamic vinaigrette.

- Thin sliced apples, endive, blue cheese, and walnuts, tossed with pomegranate vinaigrette.
Buttermilk Bacon
- Bib lettuce, hard-boiled egg, cucumber and bacon, topped with buttermilk bacon dressing.

Pepperoni and Shitake
Sesame oil sauted shitake, pepperoni, and Colby cheese.

- BBQ sauce topped with smoked pork shoulder, grilled sweet peppers and cheddar cheese.
Smoked Trout
- Roasted garlic cream sauce, bacon, smoked trout, caramelized onion, spinach, and goat cheese.
Carnivore
- sweet marinara topped with meatballs, bacon, sausage,and mozzarella cheese.
Butternut Bacon
- Pureed butternut squash, cured bacon, caramelized onions and cheddar cheese.
The Rooster
- Garlic cream sauce, roasted chicken, kalamata olives, red onion, spinach and provel cheese.
Potato
- Thinly sliced potato and red onion, cheddar cheese, garnished with chopped almonds.
Mediterranean
- Basil marinara, dried tomatoes, spinach, peppers, kalamata olives, and feta with balsamic reduction.

Oatmeal Stout lb. Pork Burger
- Ground Patchwork pork, Colby cheese and tomato, lettuce, onion.

Curried Chicken Salad
- Grilled, free-range chicken, served with mixed greens and tomato on multigrain bread.
Corned Beef
- House cured corned beef with sauerkraut on rye. Homemade spicy mustard.
Smoked Turkey Club
- bacon, munster cheese, roasted tomatoes and arugula with Dijon aoli.

- Troutdale filet, breaded and oven baked with fennel and tomato, served with rice pilaf.
4 Cheese Lasagna
- Your choice of Italian sausage or vegetarian, served with side salad.
Grilled Chicken
- Country Neighbor's pasture raised half chicken, beer braised accompanied with two sides.
Kansas City Steak
- Marinated strip steak grilled to your liking with a selection of two side items.
Polenta Plate
- Grilled house-made polenta cakes with grilled seasonal vegetables finished with veggie ragout.
Two Links Plate
- House made Italian sausages with Patchwork pork, served with polenta topped with rich marinara.
Smoked Pork Loin
- Hoisin molasses glaze over three 2 oz, smoked Patchwork pork loin with choice of sides.
